LABOR RATES
Labor rates have went up slightly been 5 years guys! So we’ve kept them less than half the national average. We will still be the most competitive. But with everything doubling from when we opened got to do it. Also our insurance doubled this year alone! We are still less than 1/2 the national average for onsite work!
Onsite Labor: Best guess between 28.88 per hour or so. Board level repair, devices, screen replacement, expensive equipment, and board level repairs and diagnostics will cost more but don’t quote me on it it is by the job.
Onsite Minimum Charge: 28.88 no matter how long it takes or how difficult this is the minimum charge.
Local Offsite Minumum Charge: Within 5 miles 50.00 no matter how long it takes this is the minium charge.
Offsite Not local Minumum Charge: Based on distance/difficulty/risk most cases not lower than 65.00 – 140.00 within 30minutes based on distance. No matter how long it takes your minumum charge will be this!
Offsite labor: depends on job difficulty/risk/distance it is by the job but what you can expect is somewhere around 65 – 140.00 per hour for us to be there best guess. If its all day ladder work or lots of risky work it will be on the higher end you will be billed by the job.
On rare occasion we accept distant jobs amenities, food, lodging, car rental must be covered as well as knowing there will be an even higher job rate cause risk is exponential and travel time.
No out of country work allowed.

OFFSITE WORK IS TYPICALLY DONE EVENING HOURS FROM ROUGHLY 3:30PM-8PM MONDAY-FRIDAY SATURDAYS AS NEEDED UNLESS YOU HAVE A LARGER PROJECT.
Some ideas of how risk/difficulty is assessed.
- Type of work being done.
- Home or business valuation figures into risk.
- Difficulty of the customer. Needs more than stated. Has many personal specifications. Needs after service support on phone calls (This will incur extra bills. We are tech support for a price not free tech support.)
- Distractions, hovering, may cause us to miss something or lead to injury of us or the customer.
- Before doing work we expect you tell us everything obsticles, personal specs such as trying to hide wire don’t assume nothing your satisfaction depends on the information you provide as does the cost.
- Price guesses by email, text, or word of mouth are NOT ESTIMATES. Estimates require your signature and a contract. We have to limit risks of projects that turn expensive and charge accordingly if issues arise. We reserve this right to remain competitive in price.
- If it needs a ladder it costs more, the higher the job the higher the risk.
- Jobs/Travel done in poor weather figure into risk.
- Drilling holes in structures and walls present risks such as pipes and electrical. So please let us know of any such issues or structural issues that may exist ahead of time.
- Digging (Requires Diggers Hotline.) As well as all knowledge of things added by you or previous owners such as but not limited to water, wire, gas, septic, communications.
- Working next to power lines is very high risk we reserve the right to refuse such work.
- Working on expensive equipment poses a higher risk.
- All forms of difficulty and risk are considered. Your bill is your bill. We will not itemize risk or anything. The bill will be based on the job and everything is figured in. We may itemize parts at your request if needed.
ORDERING AND PARTS:
There will now be a markup on all parts ordered. We no longer do no markup. We must charge more than what we pay in the event we have to return or stock an item. In stock parts may cost substantially more than what you can order them for. Prices fluctuate so crazy for electronics, a year later something can be 1/2 of the price or more in either direction. You can order your own equipment but be advised we don’t and won’t warranty anything in such cases no partial equipment warranties. Extra trips as a result of your parts ordering will incur more labor and travel cost. You may need to make a deposit for parts as well.
PICKUP & DELIVERY
Pickup is possible. 10.00 plus .50 per mile from when I leave until when I get back to office round trip.
Delivery is the same rate.

- Outdoor Jobs are seasonal and as rain and weather permits usually late spring to early fall. (Winter work is possible outdoors but rates and acceptance are at our descrition.)
- Tool Repair Battery Powered & Plugin
- Smart Home Setups (Passwords Required) via plugs or sockets no house wiring.
- Basic Websites (No personal info storage unless you accept all responsibility for data! Offsite hosting will be provided all responsibility, security, is on you! If you need a shopping cart for example it will be issued on a secondary server.)
- Electronics Repair
- Data Backup (Always maintain two forms of backup!)
- Laptop Computer Repair
- Arcade Game Repair for some systems.
- Cell Phone Work (Sometimes possible often more expensive! Always consider using a phone repair shop first as we don’t stock parts nor specialize in this so it may be 2 or 3x the price.) Depends on the issue.
- Pull Behind Trailer Wiring
- Trailer Deck Power Washing and Stain Metal Painting and Grinding Off Rust (SUMMER ONLY).
- Tshirt Embroidery Letters, Names Etc…
- Weed Eating (SUMMER ONLY)
- Bluetooth Speakers (AC Plugin Based) or a mower or ATV etc can have speakers put on them.

Keep in mind things outside of my main focus will be billed at different rates depending on time and job type.
What can’t be done?
Illegal Work period! I will not participate in illegal activities that violate codes, laws, and so forth. It’s illegal for instance for me to run your homes electrical wiring, or do grid tie solar. Off grid solar lighting and such solar lights are possible to purchase and install but mainly we fix computers.
Many have asked me to teach classes and such although I appreciate it I simply provide services and solutions and provide people information on as needed basis.
